Refund and cancellation policy

Pivot Up costs USD $5 a month, charged by Stripe on behalf of Super Duper.

How to cancel

• On your account page, choose Manage card or cancel and cancel in Stripe's Customer Portal.
• Or use the link to stop emails at the bottom of any Review. That ends the subscription straight away.
• Delete my account, on your account page, also ends the subscription straight away and permanently deletes your account and its data.

After you cancel you won't be charged again. Your Review history is kept until you delete your account.

Refunds

We don't refund part of a month when you cancel. If you were charged by mistake, or a Review you paid for didn't arrive, email [support email not set] and we'll refund that charge.
