Pivot Up is run by Super Duper, New Zealand. By using it you agree to these terms.
What you get
A Free report finds the one thing costing you most in your chess or poker. A subscription gets you a Review every Monday on that week's games or Hands, with a Drill set aimed at it.
Price and billing
The subscription is USD $5 a month. Stripe charges your card each month until you cancel.
Cancelling
Go to your account and choose Manage card or cancel to cancel in Stripe's Customer Portal. The link to stop emails at the bottom of every Review also cancels straight away, and so does deleting your account. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Delete my account, on your account page, cancels the subscription and permanently deletes your account and its data. See the privacy policy.
Your part
Only link chess accounts and upload hand histories that are yours. Don't try to get around the limits on Free reports or disrupt the service.

Reviews are coaching advice from automated analysis. We can't promise your rating or results will improve. We may change or stop the service; if we stop it, we'll cancel your subscription and tell you by email.
